Hot Tub Help

My hot tub is shut down and I’m worried it will freeze. What should I do until I can get it fixed?

Open equipment area and place a small heater on low in there and close cabinet. If you don't have a heater use an incandecent light and be sure its not touching any surfaces.

I have a “flo” error message on my hot tub display.What does this mean?

There is a low water flow condition. Check the water level and fill up as nessessary. Turn off spa & take out the filters. Leave filters out and restart the spa. If this stops the error message then clean or replace the filters. If problem persists call Pro-Tech Pool and Spa Service for a service call.
