I have been dealing with Brian and Nancy for years. I have always had great service or very sound advice. Never a problem, always great service. Brian and Nancy are the best in the business! The professional team at Pro-Tech have been my pool/hot service providers for close to 20 years now. They are efficient and cost conscious with only your needs in mind. They never pressure nor sell you anything that you do not need. Excellent service, lots of smiles and laughs! The swim spa we purchased from your shop is amazing! In fact 100X better than I’d imagined it would be for my chronic back problem, daily exercise routine (who knew all the different exercise options from hanging off the side of the pool to do sit ups, resistance training with hand weights, no more heading to the Y at 6 am to swim lengths) and for enjoyment of my family, friends and guests at our lodge. I’ve shopped around for different spa idea’s and I’ve found your years of experience and spa expertise to be first class. Bring Nancy out for a swim and a glass of wine...anytime !
